Is your hair dry or split? Well this is a nourishing banana hair mask that will leave you feeling so refreshed. Bananas are fantastic for your hair and scalp. They improve shine, control dandruff, soften your hair moisturize your scalp and prevent split ends and breakage .


Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

1 tbs of Honey

2 tsp of olive oil or almond oil

1 tbs of milk or almond milk

a lemon


1. Mash the banana with a fork until the are almost no lumps.


2. Combined mash banana, milk or almond milk, honey, olive oil or almond oil and a squeeze of lemon juice in a blender or if you don't have a blender mash the banana really well until there are no lumps and mix it by hand

3. Apply to hair and leave for 20-30 minutes rinse well

and enjoy!

Well a smoothie bowl is basically a smoothie in a bowl with lots of delicious toppings such as fruit, nuts, and granola.

They taste AMAZING.

My fav recipe for a smoothie bowl is

Ingredients:

smoothie

- mixed berries (frozen or fresh)

-yogurt (choose your favorite flavour)

-water


toppings

-granola

-flaked almonds

-chia seeds

-mango

-berries

First of all you need to put the mixed berries into the blender for 30 second or until smooth.

Then get your bowl and pour the smoothie into the bowl and decorate how you like with the toppings.
